How do I measure my size ?
Using a tape measure and following the guide below.
Please not it is your responsibility to measure your head circumference and select correct when buying our wig or asking for your custom wig to be made.
How long do the wigs last and what to use on them?
Wigs can last for years all depends on how much they are worn and looked after. We don’t recommend using much heat as this will dry them out, and advise washing your wig 2-3 weeks if wearing it every day or wash just when needed. We have our own recommended range, My belle hair extension shampoo and conditioner aswell as protein spray and little argan oil, all these can be found in the shop section under products , {all wigs come with after care guide]
What exactly is a lace wig?
A lace wig is a wig made with a lace net material. The lace is needed because this is where the hair is knotted ( sewn onto). There are 3 main types of lace wigs on the market: A lace frontal, a closure wig or a full lace wig. A lace frontal wig, allows you to part the hair anywhere across the front of the hair. A closure wig usually allows for parting in the centre and the side. A full lace wig can be parted anywhere across the whole head as it does not have anywhere wefts (tracks) unlike a closure and frontal wig.
All our wigs are lace frontals and closures.
How do I store my wig?
All our wigs come in a protective satin bag, or they can be wrapped in pillowcase laided flat.
What is the best quality human hair?
Raw Virgin European Hair is the best quality worldwide, however, it is extremely expensive and very hard to maintain and even obtain. Most Raw hair wigs start at £1,000. Virgin and Remy are the next best and these are what most good wig suppliers will sell.
How do I remove the lace for wearing?
Ok, so the lace looks more intimidating than it actually is. You simply cut around the hairline in a jagged / zig zag formation from ear to ear. If you are very uncertain, go onto YouTube and type in ‘how to cut a lace frontal on a wig’.
Can I get a refund if I do not like my wig?
It’s extremely rare for anyone to request a refund for our wigs. however, we do have a policy in place. Due to the bespoke nature of the wig and the hard work that has gone into creating the units, we can only give back a complimentary 50% refund of your purchase. Only in special cases will we ever give a full refund.
How is the wig worn or secured with?
Wigs can be worn glue less with clips and a band attached or with tape. Alternatively, you can gel or glue down the wig. No way is better than the other, it’s all about personal preference. Bold Hold Glue OR Ghost Bond which can be purchased from amazon or eBay is good for a waterproof hold lasting 2-3 weeks. Gel, such as Got2Be is also good for gluing frontals down and lasts about for 2-3 days. [pictured below}
Can I dye my wig?
Yes you can as the hair is 100% human hair but we do not recommend it unless you’re a professional, we can made you a basic coloured wig in black colour 1 or blonde colour 613
